Who We Support
We work with individuals who may have:
• Mental health needs
• Learning or physical disabilities
• Dementia
• Complex needs (including under the Mental Health Act)
• Risk of homelessness
• Are young parents
• Are care leavers or looked-after children (Ofsted registration in progress)
Our Support Includes
• 24/7 or flexible (floating) care
• Life skills support (cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
• Mental health and emotional wellbeing support
• Help with housing, benefits, and appointments
• Care planning and goal setting
• Respite for carers
• Year-round availability
We currently offer private services, with council and health partnerships in development.
